Why am I asked to finish onboarding before I reach the dashboard?

ScanOps only unlocks the customer dashboard after your account has the business, address, and service setup needed for compliant mail handling.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset link on the login page. If you still cannot sign in, contact support and include the email on the account.

My mail vault or billing data is not showing up.

First confirm the correct service is enabled in your onboarding settings. If it still looks wrong after a refresh, contact support with the affected account email and a short description.

Who should use the staff portal?

Only partner, hub, and admin staff should use the staff portal. Customers should use the main login page.
